Posted: 17 May 2010 03:25 AM PDT Hi everyone, and welcome back, hope you had a great weekend! As comment past Asian session on the Weekly opening Live coverage, risk trend remains intact in forex market: dollar strength has pushed as expected Euro to the 1.2200 area: take a look at bigger time frames we had several monthly highs and lows at that level, and despite overall bearish trend remains intact, pair has rebounded from that low amid strong recovery in European stocks; Pound slump extended to 1.4250, while USD/CHF reached the 1.1450 level also mentioned in the Live coverage. We are seeing some corrections as for dollar overbougth state, yet trend changes are not at sight. We have some US data ahead, so here is the link for today’s calendat, while I start with the technical outlook: http://www.fxstreet.com/fundamental/economic-calendar/ Have a great day! |
