Posted: 25 Oct 2010 04:56 AM PDT Hi everyone and welcome back! Dollar resumed its’ bearish trend with European opening, having been under pressure also in Asia, As Nikkei jumped up as well as gold and crude; early data show a strong improvement in euro zone industrial new orders, supporting an EUR/USD run to 1.4075 before settling down above 1.4030; USD/JPY sunk to the 80.40 area, in it’s eternal fall, now below 80.85 previous low and immediate resistance. However, stocks and commodities are losing momentum right now, and so dollar fall. G20 meeting past weekend was full of good will vows to avoid currency war, but nothing else so far, as usual; strong volatility and wide ranges are set to extend this week, thus I still don’t dare to forecast where are we going to go from here. Guess will stay attached to my short term trades more than ever!
